Up for sale is an original NES from 1985. This is the first edition/ first release version of the console. It comes with both controllers, AV cables, and a power supply.
Controllers are OEM, these were the original controllers the console came with. As for the power supply, it’s an aftermarket one made for the NES.
Console powers on just fine, but it has its issues.
I’ve listed some NES games on here, some that I don’t really want anymore and feel like should go to someone who’d appreciate them more than me, and I’ve tried those games on this console and I always have a different result. They either run perfectly fine with little to no issues, or they just don’t boot up at all. For the longest time I thought that it was the games, but I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s most likely the console.
So please, be aware before purchasing that the console is pretty finicky and will either run NES games perfectly fine or will have trouble reading them.
The overall condition of the console is good. It’s old so of course it’s going to have some very minor cosmetic flaws.
Honestly, there’s not much else to say. The only issue is the console not reading games sometimes and other times being able to read them. Sometimes the red light will flash, I don’t really know how to fix this, and I have other means of playing NES games, so I’ve finally decided to part ways with the console.
All sales are final, no returns.
